Description
Fine collection of five letters from Pvt John J. Walker, overseas in Italy,
to his girl "Grace Kretschmer" back home in Sharpsville PA.
All the letters are from 1944.
Walker was first a member of HQ Co 755 TK BN, then in a later letter,
he was in the 393 RPL Co 8th BN.
Four of the letters are considered V-Mails, and the other was left as original handwritten.
All five letters are being sold with their original mailing envelopes and are in VG condition.
The envelopes show some wear, and opening tears.
