How does it work?
Upon purchase we will message you our shipping address. You will then need to carefully pack and send us your full MacBook or logic board for repair, providing us the tracking number. After the repair we will send you back your repaired item to your Paypal verified address.
A refund minus return shipping will be issued if we are not able to remove EFI. However as long as EFI is removed from Mac you will be charged a fee. This is a new repair service and some Macs may have MDM as well or have activation lock. If your Mac has activation lock it's not fully repairable and unfortunately we had to spend a lot of time removing the EFI to find out. So you will be charged a fee of to cover some of the labor of the EFI removal and return shipping. If your Mac has MDM that shows up after removing the EFI you will have the option to pay an additional to have it removed. In most cases of just EFI you will not have any additional fees but we want to be clear as possible.
