    Here is a very lightly used 5.5" loose ring Waterford snaffle. Really, this bit has no signs of use at all. Waterford snaffles are a popular option for correction, for a horse who needs a bit more 'bite' to their bit. The raised ball links do not have any nutcracker effect, offering more pressure of the bars and tongue. Do note the measurement on this bit may be deceiving. It measures 6" from ring to ring, but these bits are designed to have the outside of the lips hit the smooth part of the bit, before the first link. It measures 5.5" as it is intended to sit in the horse's mouth.
