Here is a bill for the Legal Tender *
star*
note collector by Freidberg number. It is from 1917 and is a  Legal Tender note with signatures of Elliott and White. That makes it Freidberg number 38. It is a mule note, which is easier than the non-mule. This note has been graded by PMG as Gem Uncirculated 65EPQ. You see 1917 's all the time, you don't see stars all the time!
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
PMG has graded two 65EPQ's and one note higher.
