How it works:
Purchase this service from me here on eBay (Click "Buy it Now" and pay for the order)
Send me a message ("Contact seller" button) with the serial number OR model number of your Mac... both are found on the bottom of your MacBook laptop or on the back or bottom of your iMac/Mac mini/Mac Pro desktop computer. The model number starts with "A" followed by 4 numbers, like "A1989". THIS STEP IS TO ENSURE YOU HAVE AN ELIGIBLE MODEL/YEAR MAC for this SERVICE. I will reply to confirm.
I will send you my shipping address by eBay messages. Ship me your Mac, securely wrapped and protected, and make sure to send me the tracking number. Include the Mac only; do NOT include any power cables/chargers, external keyboard or mouse, external trackpad, video cables, dongles, etc. Just the Mac.
You pay for shipping the Mac to me, I pay for shipping the Mac back to you (included in the sale price).
Once I have received your Mac, turnaround time is usually within 1 to 2 business days.
I will ship your Mac back to you, unlocked and with a fresh macOS installation, ready to be set up and used.
