As Buyer of our repair service you accept and agree to our terms and conditions:
Our turnaround time is 3-5 days we also offer Expedited Service upon request for additional charges.
We will ship back your motherboard/laptop in 5days.
If you decide you no longer want your motherboard to be fixed -cancel service -you will be charged for the shipping cost.
If your laptop/motherboard can't be fixed we will not charge you and you will get refund.
If there are any problems or new parts need to be replaced such as
-Keyboard, touchpad, battery, ac power adapters, hard drive, screen, memory, CD/DVD we will contact you to discuss what will be the additional prices.
Warranty covers only hardware issues any other issues that was not firstly stated by customer will not be covered.
Reimbursements are issued only if your unit cannot be repaired. Limited warranty will be provided for the same problem on any future issues. We will not give refund on warranty. Shipping cost on any warranty issues and claims is obligation of the buyer.
This service does not include Bad screen issues, only back light motherboard repair.
After you buy our service we will contact you to give you address where you can ship it.
If you need insurance you have to send the package with insurance and pay additional to us to send you back with insurance.Priority mail service insurance covers up to we are not responsible for any lost.
If you need insurance for the shipping back there will be extra cost.
