Yes. If you are only sending a flat piece of paper or photo in the Columbian - Gummed Seal Business Envelope, Executive Style, #6-3/4, White envelope, you can just use one standard stamp to send. If the envelope has any volume to it or abnormal shape because you are sending an object of some sort, you will likely need two or more stamps to send.
Do I Need to Reinforce the Flab to Be Sure the Envelope Stays Sealed?
