SHIPPING INSTRUCTION & REPAIR PROCEDURE
Once you complete you payment, you will receive an email along with detail shipping and service form information. Please follow the instruction to prepare your computer's service form, your computer will be assigned a service number. With that service number, we can identify your computer and you can keep track all your repair status. If you didn't receive your shipping instruction email, please contact us through eBay message so
that we can resend it to you. Sometimes, the
email may go
to your bulk mail folder, please double check on that folder too.
You will need to ship your laptop or motherboard to us for DC Jack repair first and we will cover the return shipping (except international orders). International customers need to pay for the return shipping. We offer free return shipping to US customers only.
We prefer the entire computer instead of the motherboard only, because we can do a fully test on your machine after your DC Jack repair. However, if you want to save some shipping cost and you know how to remove your motherboard from your laptop, you can just ship us your motherboard instead. You don't need to include your ac power adapter or battery in the shipping package unless you need
to
test them also), we have our universal one for your testing.
You will also need to remove your hard drive if you do care about your data security unless you have backed it up. We will take no responsibilities on any data loss during transit or repair. We will insure your laptop(s)/motherboard up to 0/ea when preparing your shipment. Should you need more insurance, please pay for the extra fee at per 0 insured amount.
The repair service takes about 2 to 3 business days after we receive your item. However, special issues beyond DC Jack may take a little bit longer since we need your confirmation to fix it or not. If we have your DC Jack replaced but it turns out that your motherboard still has other issues and you decide not to fix it. You can request your partial refund up to 60% of your payment. We will restore the laptop as it was with your own DC Jack return the laptop or motherboard to you

or you can pay extra so that we can fix all the other motherboard issues. We will let you know the extra before any further repairs.
REPAIR SERVICE COVERAGE
This repair service covers the replacement of your laptop motherboard DC Jack only. It doesn't cover the following and anything else beyond DC Jack issues:
Dead Battery and AC Power Adapter
Defective CPU and Memory
Defective Hard Drive and CD/DVD ROM
Cracked LCD/LED Screen
Defective LCD/LED Cable
Defective Keyboard and Touchpad
Any other defective parts beyond the laptop DC Jack
RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
The repair warranty will be

0 days from the date you receive your return laptop. If it's out of 60 days but within 180 days, you can still get your DC Jack repaired at 50% off. If the repair is out of 180 days, you have to pay full price to get it fixed again.
