    Description

    Nice condition Dexter No. 3 mat cutter, in original box with instructions.  Uses the Dexter number 3 blade, with one blade installed in the cutter.  The blade could be used as a template to purchase an equivalent Xacto blade.  Unit shows very little use, and allows the user to vary the depth of cut as well as the angle of cut.  The instructions show it used along with a t-square to ensure straight and square cuts, but you will have to supply your own t-square or straight edge.
