FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW to get an exchanged Logic Board with a 6 month warranty, shipped priority mail shipping and 1-2 business day turnaround time.
FIRST:
Purchase the listing/service.
Please make sure that your issue is actually the Logic Board before making the purchase. It is up to you to diagnose this correctly so that it meets our exchange guidelines underlined below. If it does not qualify/meet our exchange guidelines then it will be returned and you will be refunded in full but minus the cost of return shipping.
SECOND:
Pay for listing and then instructions will be sent.
After we receive your payment we will send you the address & exchange form to fill out via eBay messages. Please pack your Logic Board in a box with an inch or more of bubble wrap or other protective material. Please ship it with USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking info. Any unit that arrives damaged from shipping will be returned and a refund will be sent in full.
THIRD:
We receive your Logic Board and make sure its status and return a Logic Board with a NEW CHIP.
As soon as your Logic Board arrives it will be inspected to make sure it complies with the accepted exchange guidelines listed below.
Once it is in compliance we will issue you an exchanged Logic Board with a NEW GPU VIDEO CHIP or we will install a NEW GPU VIDEO CHIP on yours depending on current inventory. This service is setup to be an expedited service so you will get a functional Logic Board with a NEW GPU VIDEO CHIP sent back to you.
The timing for this service is 1-2 business days turn around time in and out the door. Reminder, if your unit does not meet our exchange guidelines it will be returned and you will be refunded in full but minus the cost of return shipping.
6 MONTH WARRANTY INCLUDED
Please hold on to your eBay/PayPal receipt for any warranty claims. Contact use on eBay only if you have an issue or warranty claim. We will always fix or replace the Logic Board once we verify that the cause of the issue/failure is with the CHIPSET/GPU, our repair. Accidental and abuse damage is not covered. All you have have to do is pay for the shipping costs both ways.

Exchange Guidelines
At our discretion we will not accept your Logic Board if any of the following is found after receiving:
-Logic Board must have video issues
-Missing parts/components
-Bends
-Liquid spills
-Burnt parts/components
-Damage from shipping
-Any abuse/damage that would make repair not possible
-The Logic Board you send must be repairable by us.
With all cases we will return your Logic Board and refund you in full but minus the cost of return shipping. For any shipping damage you will be refunded in full and we will send you a transaction cancellation request for you to approve the refund process.
Recommendations
Ask all questions if you are not sure.
-Carefully remove the Logic Board from your MacBook with the correct tools for the repair.
-Do not send your heatsink, unless you want us to apply new thermal paste for you.
-Do not put any pressure or flex the Logic Board at any time.
-Package the Logic Board in enough material to protect the Logic Board and make sure to ship inside a box.
-When the replacement Logic Board is received by you then make sure to apply new thermal paste if you did not send your heatsink with.
Do not open a case before contacting us, we always follow our policy's to resolve any issues.

Warranty
Warranty covers the unit free from defects for up to 6 months. Accidental/abuse damage is not
covered
. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any warranty claim. Warranty start date is determined by the delivery date stated by the tracking service with the carrier. Logic Board, GPU and Chipset serial numbers are recorded for warranty purposes.
Refund Policy
We are happy to refund you upon return of the original unit in its original condition as sent to you within 35 days. This is determined from the day you received the Logic Board based on the tracking information. If the unit fails you must return it to us for verification of your claim because a refund can be issued in the 35 day period. No exceptions after 35 days. Warranty coverage still applies.
