    Gildebrief Century Project 2 Dress Patterns

    GCP # 2, Dress, slip, bonnet and sock patterns + instructions and historical information, 1800 to about 1805
    Patterns for 2 versions of a cotton Mousseline high-stomacher dress of 1800 to about 1805, with a long train (one pattern set for both versions). One with intricately embroidered skirt and sleeves, the other one trimmed with gold braid. Also includes two bonnets: one with lace, pink braid and chin strap (for the braided dress), one with a gathered and softly pleated crown, draped with matching white mousseline, framed with fine cotton lace and trimmed with flowers and a gold buckle (for the embroidered dress).
    Also, a slip as worn under the thin mousseline dresses of the day, from pink cotton, and a sock pattern.
    The embroidered dress was embroidered on an embroidery machine and the instructions where to purchase the embroidery design, plus the placement illustrations are included in the pattern.
    If you do not own an embroidery machine but would like to make the embroidered dress, I am (Gildebrief) offering a kit for everything that is needed for the outfit, including the embroidered panels for the dress as well as for the stockings.
    The pattern sheets are paper, the photos and instructions are on a CD!
