MY LOSS is YOUR GAIN; I paid almost 0 for this last year for a family member who insisted on remaining at home alone.  I set it up and within a week he needed to go into an assisted living facility.  It was literally used TWO times; one test call to the police department to verify it was working correctly and the other call was actually when he needed to ambulance to take him to the assisted living.
Everything is in original packaging exactly as new.
Please note shipping costs are out of my control!  I do my absolute best to pack in a box which will measure and weigh the least while providing the best protection against damage in shipping.  ALL carriers have increased postage costs, and ebay has recently discontinued ALL USPS postage options except for Priority Mail which in most cases will be more expensive than FedEx or UPS.
