handmade outfit fits Ellowyne Wilde and 1/4 MSD BJD dolls

Description

Closet cleanout continues for dolls and accessories.  This listing is for a handmade outfit (not made by me) that fits Ellowyne Wilde and slim 1/4  MSD dolls such as Dollmore, Luts etc.  Needs a t-shirt or undershirt for slimmer dolls as it is bigger.  I don't recall who made the outfit but he/she is a very good seamstress.  Light blue polka dot dress with matching hat.  Not sure if the hat is made from rattan but it is very stiff, will not lose shape.  Closes in back with snaps.
From a smoke free but pet (cat) friendly home, so there may be a stray hair.
