This is a super nice, heavy duty, running martingale. It is made out of harness leather, and has lots and lots of adjustments. Should fit most any horse.
Some corrosion on the hardware, but leather is is excellent, flexible shape.
This was an expensive piece of training equipment that still has lots and lots of life left.
