INVACARE LiNX Two Actuator Module (DLX-ACT200) or an INVACARE LiNX Four Actuator Module (DLX-ACT400) in order to be able to even hook up this item. I received this brand new, but cannot use it because I do not have an INVACARE LiNX Two Actuator Module (DLX-ACT200) or an INVACARE LiNX Four Actuator Module (DLX-ACT400) on my chair. This is the only reason I am selling this item. Hate to keep it and it just sit. Also really need to get some money out of it to recoup some cost. This is an INVACARE OEM part. If bought out of pocket new it costs 0.53.
