Dimensions: 6.5″ Tall , 7.5″ Wide (from spout to handle),and 4″ Diameter
Details: This is a collector’s item, in the Edwardian Entertainments Series of Sadler teapots. While "Sadler" is not embossed anywhere on the pot, it is one of several different designs in the collection, this is Carousel with a banded swirl of colors on the exterior of lid, and it is stamped “WINDSOR Made in England” and a maker's mark of "M" on the bottom and "V" inside the lid. Exterior teapot walls and base show crazing (see photos)
The handle is scalloped, there is gold trim along the edges as well as gold accents on the spout and a beautiful gold top. It has magnificent, bright colors, lots of details of the faces, clothing on children as well as details of the horses. Carousels and children always remind us of Summer fairs and fun!
