After Purchasing the Listing:
1. Securely package your laptop  and make sure that it will be secured from dents and drops during transit. Make sure that the packaging does not declare the value of the item.
2. Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) make sure to insure the package as well. We will not be liable for packages that were damaged because they were poorly packaged, or for packages that were lost in transit. Please also
send us the tracking number
for the package, so that we can follow up on its delivery,
your email address
and
phone number
,  so that we may contact you.
3. Upon its arrival, we will run diagnostics on your laptop and will perform the necessary repairs. If there are any problems, we will contact you before taking action. Once the repairs are completed, we will  test your laptop  to ensure that there will be no further problems.
4. We will then package and ship the item back safely to you.
