Please send your entire laptop, we will not service stand alone motherboards. Pack your laptop well, use at least 2 inches of padding on all sides. We are not responsible for devices damaged by the postal service or any other delivery service.
We will inform you once your shipment has been received and your diagnostic should be ready within 2-5 business days. Once completed, your repaired laptop will be shipped back to you via UPS.
