After purchase we will send you repair form for you to fill out and ship with your laptop.  This service does not cover bad hard drives, bad display, bad keyboard or any other part not non the logic board.  These parts will be additional to make the laptop fully functional if they are found faulty.

What Is Delamination?
Delamination is a mode failure caused by repeated cyclic stresses and impact, causing layers to separate, forming a mica-like surface. Recently, delamination has become an industry-wide problem referred to as “Staingate” as it involves the breakdown of the anti-glare coating on the displays of MacBook and MacBook Pro Retina devices. Hundreds of thousands of MacBooks have suffered delamination, resulting in an awful looking display, and an unpleasant user experience.
The anti glare coating is permanently removed so there will be more apparent glare from lighting, but you will no longer have the screen stain look.
Terms of Service
There is a 90 day repair warranty on all repairs.
Please note that not damaged or cracked LCDs cannot be repaired through this service.
After Purchase
Print out your payment confirmation and include with your logic board.
Properly package your logic board (read Shipping for details).
Ship using any carrier with a tracking number.
You will receive a tracking number from me when your laptop is shipped out.
Please be sure your email & PayPal shipping address is current with eBay.
Shipping
Pack your unit well in a sturdy box with appropriate padding (peanuts and/or bubble wrap). It may be returned in the same box with the same padding so pack it well. Any damage incurred in transit to me is your responsibility so purchase protection accordingly.
Return shipping for repaired units (UPS, FedEx or USPS) is included in the purchase price. I also offer overnight (where available) return shipping from USPS for an additional fee. Please see shipping details for prices.
Repair Time
Unless otherwise indicated in the listing most units can be repaired in 1-3 business days not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Day of arrival is not included either. Repair times do not include shipping time.
Warranty
Following repair we provide a limited warranty of 90 days to cover any future issues for the same problem. Refunds are only issued if your laptop cannot be repaired when first sent in. No refunds during warranty period or warranty claims except as stated in the refund policy. Shipping costs for warranty claims are buyer's responsibility.
Refund Policy
Warranty time period is determined from the day you have initially received your repaired unit based on the tracking number issued. To qualify for a refund, the unit must be returned to me for verification of any claim of failure from the repairs that were made. This does not include new issues not covered or customer errors in handling or installation. If I verify your claim I will issue you a full refund including shipping costs from me to you. You will always be responsible for shipping costs to me unless otherwise stated.
