Pre Prohibition advertising shot glass with the caption "Established 1869 Maryland Rye Chris. Carven 531 Atlantic Ave. Boston".
It is about 2 3/8" tall x 2" wide at the top x 1 5/8" wide at the base.
Period glass fluoresces under the black light (see picture #7).
It is in excellent original condition. There is no damage. The upper and base rims/edges are smooth. The glass is crystal clear, not cloudy or sick. The caption is very strong and completely legible. This piece has a great antique feel and displays exceptionally well.
My pictures don't always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's PayPal account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands.
