WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING:
You are purchasing a Repair Certificate for a REPAIR SERVICE.
Your certificate entitles you to: (1) Repair service for one unit listed above and (2) Shipping for the repaired unit back to you at the address that is on your eBay order.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once eBay has transferred your payment to us,, we will send you an email to your eBay linked email account with your Repair Certificate and instructions on how to send your unit in for repair.
We'll then work on the unit as laid out below.
If your product requires new glass or additional repairs outside of what is defined below, you will be contacted by one of our sales consultants to discuss what is needed and the costs associated before any repairs are made.
Once the unit is fully tested, we ship the unit back to you!
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE:
Cleaning: Complete blow out and cleaning inside and out
Testing of all functions
Repair/replace any worn components
Complete refurbishment
REPAIR AND TESTING PROCESS:
The unit will be initially powered up with your hard drive installed.
Your hard drive is then pulled from the unit before any repairs are done to ensure that your image stays intact.
After repairs are done, final testing will be done with  your hard drive re-installed.

Shipping Information
Initial shipping of the unit IN for repair is the responsibility of the buyer. You may use any service you wish to ship the unit to us.
The return shipping cost is listed above and must be paid for at time of purchase.
No PO Boxes please! We use FedEx to send the unit back to you and require a physical street address to ship to.
Communication
All reasonable emails will be replied to Monday to Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST/CDT.
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days, so no reply should be expected during the weekend.
