This listing is for anyone that has a Logic Board issue with their MacBook Air and needs an economic way to fix it. Please make sure to contact us before ordering to discuss your issue(s) and needs. When messaging us, please have your serial # handy and the issue you are experiencing.
We have a 95% success rate at fixing any issue with any Logic Board.
We require you to send the whole MacBook to us, no exceptions. The reason we need the whole unit is because we get customers that remove there Logic Board to send to us that do not know what they are doing and upon us
receiving
the Logic Board we notice the
customer
cause further damage and then after we repair the
Logic
Board the customer causes even further damage upon installation which can make for a unsuccessful repair with blame on us. Or sometimes the Logic Board has no issue and the issue is a trackpad cable or another part causing the issue. That is why we require to send
the
whole MacBook, so we can save any hassle and extra issues. We are tedious and
perfectionists
, we are very
thorough and are all about doing the job correctly the first time. If you are a shop and we have a good business relation past then we can talk about just sending Logic Boards only. We only cover repairing the Logic Board in this service. If we find that you don't have a Logic Board issue and the issue is something else like LCD, Keyboard, Battery or something not related to the Logic Board then we will reach out and discuss it accordingly. Usually you will get a partial refund if it's something simple or a full refund minus return shipping costs if you decide not to have it repaired especially if the repair endures a lot more cost. If the Logic Board turns out not to be repairable then we don't charge. No fix no charge policy, you just pay shipping costs. If the Logic Board is not repairable and needs replaced we will offer a replacement for an additional cost and will leave it up to you to proceed or not. Again you pay all shipping costs if you decide to not have the device repaired.

Contact us first to discuss your issue(s) and needs, please have your serial # handy. We will then tell you if this service will work for you or not and anything else we may recommend or advise you about. After you have our approval we will instruct you to purchase the listing to proceed with us. If we haven't communicated about your issue then please do not purchase. It's important to message us first before purchase!
After the purchase is made we will send you the
address/ instructions
needed to ship your MacBook to us at your cost. You will have 10 days to package, ship and have us receive the unit.
(It is ok to leave your SSD/Hard-Drive or un-install your SSD/Hard-Drive when shipping to us)
Please fill out the form we send you via eBay message and package it with the MacBook. When packaging your MacBook make sure to use a sufficient box with plenty of protection material for safe shipping and then purchase postage to send to the sending address provided in eBay message. As soon as you send the package please message us the tracking # so we can look out for it and so we can know when to expect it.
As soon as we receive your shipment we will start diagnosing to confirm you have a Logic Board issue.
If it is
eligible
we will get the Logic Board fixed & tested within 2-5 business days and on its way back to you.
(Do not send previously repaired MacBooks that have been repaired by any 3rd party repair service)
We will clean your MacBook inside and out and test the rest of the components to make sure they are working properly. If they are not we will tell you what else is wrong and can fix the additional issues for an additional cost.
Return Expedited Shipping is included in the price of this listing after a successful repair. We generally use USPS Priority & FedEx Ground services. If you have a preference please message us. We will message you with a return tracking # as soon as we ship.
