The tracking number is not applicable in the USPS. Only the date the shipment left my country can be seen.
Even when the package is delivered the tracking does not show it.

estimate delivery times
of the package may differ from that provided by eBay and may be longer.

If the package is not delivered even after a month, please contact me. I have the option to send the search warrant by my Post Office. After that the package is almost always found and delivered.
(Serbian Post and USPS have excellent cooperation)
If they inform me that the package has been lost, then I will refund you, not before .
For me it’s the only proof that you really didn’t receive the package.
The tracking number certainly shows nothing
If the package is delivered, then I get from the USPS a copy of the data when it is delivered with the signature of the person who received the package.
