    It is close fitting, pulls on & is held up by two straps that  snap in back but have button trim on fronts.
    The
    Blouse
    in a tiny navy check has a round collar & sleeves that fold to outside to form cuffs.
    Instructions for
    socks or stockings
    made from knee hi's also included.
    PATTERNS are printed on 8 x 11 paper  with picture on the cover &
