We use USPS priority and/or Parcel Select as well as UPS Ground services only.  For our Fixed Price items that offer Free Shipping we will use Standard Shipping, but we do offer upgrades at the buyer’s expense if you need your item quickly.
International Shipping:
We ONLY use Global Priority service so we have tracking abilities. We also will not mark orders as “gifts” we are required by law to declare actual cost of items.
Returns

We offer NO HASSLE returns within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are required to email us for a Return Authorization and items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging and/or tags in tact when applicable. Refunds are made for the purchase price only, buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Items returned after 14 days are eligible for a store credit only and subject to a 20% restock fee.

The ONLY exception to this due date is when you have active bids on several items in this case we will extend payment due date by 2 days giving our buyers 4 full days to gather their items and then payment is due on the 7th day from the end of your FIRST winning auction or purchase. We are currently using eBay's automated Unpaid Item Assistant therefore if payment is not received on the 4th day, eBay will start the UPI process on the 5th day. The 4 day time frame is firm so any items purchased after the 5th day will automatically begin a new invoice. If you are purchasing multiple items do not pay out until you have received your combined invoice.
