Vintage Dexter Hand Held Mat Cutter Tool Made in USA One Blade - Uses Dexter #3

Description

Item is dangerous as it has a razor blade, similar to an exacto blade.  You could probably find one that would fit in the cutter but it would need to be of high quality, because it holds the blade by tension. Thin steel would snap in the cutter.
Item is used, tool itself in great condition - blade is in rougher shape. The construction is pretty genius. You just slide it in and tighten it down until it catches on the back.
Please analyze images for defects. The only ones I see are:
Box itself has some stains on it, scuffs, and the like.
Blade has minor damage, but is still sharp.
