Offered is a wonderful lot of ephemera and paperwork related to Major John Bevier White of the Surgeon Corps. Paperwork starts with documents related to his WWII service with the 163rd Infantry in WWII as Lt Colonel and finishes with his discharge as Major in 1965. 27 pieces including a copy of his death certificate, letters, his medical license, discharge, National Guard commission, a honorary certificate of service from Richard Nixon and more. A neat lot. Good condition, some yellowing, items in binder sleeves but can be removed. A nice find.
