WWII Original Love Letters Naval Ship Marias Overseas COMING HOME! W/Photos

I recently had the privilege  to coming across a very large lot of love letters from around 1943 - 1946
This is the coming home letter!!  I added photos of pre-war days to the antics of the ship along with another period letter!
FROM PREVIOUS LISTINGS - I had interpreted the following after reading through his letters.
It All was from a gentlemen sailor aboard the USS MARIAS.  He wrote at least 4 or 5 times a week.  In this period  he speaks lovingly of his family.  He tells of the frustrations of being away and how very much he loves and adores his wife.  He is proud at times of her beauty and feels underserving. He is a hard worker and keeps himself fit.  At times he is bored with nothing much to write home about but just longs for that connection with his wife and cherishes the day of his hopeful and triumphant return.  This is truly one dedicated husband - and I am proud to have come to know him through these wonderful letters.
There are the usual bends, stains and tears that are expected with items such as these - I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
